In the fourth semester of the degree program at UNI's Faculty of Systems Engineering (Lima – Peru), students take the Soft Systems Methodology course, which provides an approach to solving highly complex problems in which the human variable is critical.
On this occasion, the students analyzed the problem of public insecurity in Callao, which forms part of the broader insecurity problems prevailing in the country.
