I have the honor of giving my first international talk, thanks to our friends at Universidad Católica Boliviana. My presentation will be: Dynamic Simulation of Inventory Management I will present system dynamics models for inventory management using the Harris–Wilson model, and then we will look at the bullwhip effect using a case from the book Small System Dynamics Models for Big Issues: Triple Jump towards Real-World Dynamic Complexity – Erik Pruyt, presenting a three-level model and—most importantly—the solution to the problem.
